Above Store View - District and Market Views of Schedules within Syrus Labor Scheduler 2010

The Syrus Labor Scheduler provides an above the store view of your stores’ schedules. If you are a multi-unit leader, once you log into the Syrus Labor Scheduler, your first view is of all your stores. This view allows you to see all of your stores with their projected sales, projected scheduled hours, actual scheduled hours and variance. To view the store’s detailed schedule, click on the plus(+) sign next to the store link.

How do I obtain the most recent Information?

You obtain the latest information available at Syrus every time you login to Syrus Labor Scheduler 2010. If some schedule information is absent or incomplete, this may be do to an incomplete synchronization from the store to Syrus. To obtain this information, contact the store and have the select Actions > Synchronize Date from the Main Menu.

Some of my stores are not showing up, what do I do?

This view is based on the information provided to Syrus. If you have stores assigned to you that do not appear on this list, contact your Account Representative to update this information.

How do I view past schedule information?

You may view past schedules by clicking << or >> on the calendar at the top left corner.

How do I view a specific day of a stores schedule?

To view specific schedule information for a store, click the plus(+) sign next to the store name to expand the seven days of schedules. To view a specific day, click on the date.
