Basic Navigation of the Website

This document is to help as a quick reference guide to the features of this program. As with all Syrus programs, you can call your Account Representative’s extension at 1-800- 647-1560, or e-mail training@syrusinfo.com for additional training.

Home - Today: Your Company Home page that contains content provide by Syrus and you business.
Food - This encompasses Order and Inventory Management.
Analytics - This site provides you a portal to create, share and review Reports.
Data Entry - This site provides you a portal to modify, update and collect data.
Forecasting - This site allows you to forecast and plan future activities.
Reports - Syrus Standard and Business Intelligence Reports.
Support - This site provides handy information on how to contact Syrus.
Downloads - This site provides an central location to download custom information.

There are several navigation features available on the Syrus Website. When you left-click the Syrus Gel button

, it will provide a method to quickly navigate the Syrus Hosted website.

To navigate using the breadcrumb tool, begin by selecting the link immediately to the right of the business name>. An additional list of businesses will appear. Select the business you wish to view. Depending on how your business is organized, you may see a selection of more businesses or a selection of sites. Also, how much of the selection you have available to you is set by your businesses administrator and Syrus Account Representative. If you are a single site user, you will only be able to view that site. For multiple site users, individual sites or the entire business can be selected.
To navigate the business structure using the drop down method, select the parent business to activate the drop down box. Your business and site selections are governed by your access level and business structure. To select another business, select the parent of Back to link to make another selection.

Changing your Password

Select Your username from the upper right of the webpage.
Select the user name from the dropdown on the left side of the page.
Select Reset Password
Enter the old password
Enter the new password in the appropriate text boxes.
Select Save New Password
The change is available immediately

Feature and Application Availability

Features and application access are governed by your business administrator and Syrus. Some or all features may not be available or restricted to you based on service level agreement and specific directions by your business administrator. If you have any questions, contact a Syrus Account Representative.

For additional training and information, weekly online sessions are available based on product and demand.
